I import products via cron server. I have a setting: Instead of deleting, set the status to “Out of stock”.
However, products that are no longer in the supplier’s xml feed are not moved to the “Out of stock” status. That being said, if I restart the import manually, the products will normally move to this status. The plugin, when manually launched, reports that all products were skipped. Because they haven’t changed.

    Help solve this mystery.

    Hey @sobolle,

Import via cron server. Items are not moved to “Out of Stock” status.

I was able to replicate this and I’ve notified our developer so that it can be fixed in a future release.

The plugin, when manually launched, reports that all products were skipped. Because they haven’t changed.

You can temporarily disable the “Skip products if their data in your file has not changed” option in the import settings to get around that.
