    As per my acknowledgment, any default functionality to import vendors is unavailable in Dokan at this moment.

    However, you can try with Import and Export Users and Customers plugin to import vendors. This plugin basically allows you to import or export WordPress users. As the Vendor is also a WordPress user that was added by the Dokan plugin, you can try importing vendors using that plugin. I also search for a few references which may assist you. I found something which showcases the way of exporting the vendors. You can check it out here to get some visual idea about this.
