import users without sending new user notifications

I am considering using your plugin. Can I import users but NOT have any email notifications sent to users?
I am using WP-Members plugin and they suggested your plugin. I am the only one as admin that will be adding users, no registration offered to users. They have their own notification email content. Yet, I am having problems with email notifications when I create a new user. It doesn’t send the WP-Member email notification. It sends the WP default user notification. Don’t know how to fix it. No reply from WP-Members yet either.
So, not certain how to make it all work. Any input appreciated.

Do you have a youtube video tutorial on your plugin that shows install steps and this option? I assume when you said (in Mail tab…) you mean within your plugin?
And Just saw that WP-Members plugin has an advanced option for a fee that disables the default WP email notifications and designates the WP-Members email notifications. If it works, maybe I then won’t need to use your Mail tab option. I could then have the type of email notification content I want sent out automatically that shows WP-Member login page at the url and not the default WPlogin. Trying to figure out how both plugins will complement each other without creating conflicts. What do you think?
It also hides the admin toolbar for subscribers, which I like, instead of unchecking that option in each new user manually; plus redirects from WPlogin to Wp-Members login. May need to purchase that one. Hopefully, it won’t have issues with your plugin.
