Import users and roles from csv

Hi, I have exported users from an old site and now I want to import them to the new site where I installed the ultimate member. Once the export is done, in the excel file I would like to add a column to set the correct role for each user. How should this column be called to ensure that the correct role in Ultimate Member is assigned during user import?
