Import user data and use Paid Membership Pro

Have you read in “Documentation” tab all the info you have to include?

Add all the columns you can and it should work properly:

membership_id
membership_code_id

I have carefully read the contents in the “Documentation” tab.

I have now added the columns you suggested; I am using the following CSV file.

However, none of the issues have gone away.

Here are the settings I am using to import the data:

Here are the issues:

1. Membership level has not been imported into wp_users

2. There is no record of added user in the wp-pmpro-memberships-users MySQL table

When users register on the website, their data is always shown in this MySQL table.

However, there is no record of the user imported using the plugin.

For example, there is no record of ID 2207 in this MySQL table.

@melissa-davis,

Not sure about it, we did this addon for Paid Membership Pro some time ago and I don’t know really if there is some problem about importing badly first and later trying to include.

Have you tried to import one row with a new user and check if it works?

I am trying to import only one user for now.

Here is the CSV file I am importing:

It has data only for one user.

Some errors:

• Maybe all those 0 values must not be 0
• Dates has to be well formed (in the way databases works), for example: 2020-03-04 18:45:00
