Import Unsubscribers

    Hi there,
    is there a way to import a list and mark it as unsubscribers?

    We used MailChimp to send our emails and want to switch to mailpoet now. Unfortunately i can’t connect mailchimp and mailpoet using the API-Key since it put out an error “Mailpoet can not connect to Mailchimp account”.

    So .. is there a way to import a list with unsubscribers?

  • Hello,

    You would have to import the subscribers to a separate list in MailPoet. You can then either change the status to ‘unsubscribe’ for each subscriber on the list, or use a database query to bulk change all of the subscriber status to ‘unsubscribe’.
