Import to WordPress from Ruby on Rails Site

  • I am trying to import a site running on Heroku Ruby on Rails to WordPress hosted on my own server.

    Old site is Textface.com

    Temp new site I am trying to port to before changing the domain names,
    txtinganddriving.com

    Its a multi site with a network of other photoblog sites. I would like to know how to port over all my post along with title, picture, and date it was posted.

    I tried the HTML to WordPress with no joy. The old site RSS feed is only so long and it dosnt port the pictures.

    I was able to port the RSS on a wordpress.com site (with only so many posts) using the Splinter import option. Nothing else works. But I am not using wordpress.com anymore, it was just a testing out thing. I am using my own host now.

    I dont want to hand post everything so if anyone know away to do this?
