Hi, is there anyway to manually import tickets?
We currently use a system called Datto RMM and want to move over to awesome support and wperp

We have our ticket history etc downloaded as a scv file at present.

We were able to import our clients and companies into wp ERP and I know there is a data sync tool to import clients from awesome support into wp ERP.

What do you suggest? As this is a deal breaker for us

    Regards
    Paul

  • We have dumped Awesome support, the product and support is truly rubbish. Look at candy support, it’s a much better system, really nice.

    Hi @dpamdesign:

Unfortunately we don’t have an importer for Datto RMM. We only have ones for Zendesk, Ticksy and Helpscout.

If you really need to get those open tickets into Awesome Support you might not have a choice other than to use copy and paste to manually enter them by going to tickets – add new.

Sorry about the bad news on this.

@marklong, please let us know what where the cause for you to stop using Awesome Support. This will help us to improve our product and support quality.

    Regards.

    Hi,

Is there not a manual import option where you can map the fields to import? It just seems to be very restrictive for those that don’t use zendesk, ticket or helps out ?

Awesome support, first of all your support is terrible, i mean it really sucks, it takes days for you to update a ticket (i’m talking premium support) so god know how long the poor sods who have your standard support have to wait. Your app or your $50 piping plugin stops wordpress working if you upgrade to PHP 7.3 or 7.2 it only appears to work ov the outdated PHP7.

We haven’t been able to use the plugins we paid for because of bugs that will be fixed sometime in the future, you just don’t know when. (well that’s useful – NOT)

I requested a refund on the plugins and you are ignoring them. I spent days trying to get your ticket system to work and have had to dump it because of your terrible support and buggy programming. I tried Support Candy and they give brilliant support and the product works in PHP 7.3 and I think it has better features than your product. Your product and service is most certainly not awesome. Your happy to take the money and that seems about it.
