Import taking too long

Hello
In April I tested two imports from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com. They worked fine and fast. New posts have been made to the wordpress.com sites and I tried exporting and importing them to override the previous imports. The file sizes are very small – 799 kb and 467 kb.

After uploading the files I am met with a blank screen and nothing gets imported. I’ve read other discussions regarding this and many had large file issues or needed the importer reset. Ideas? Thank you!
