Import Tags Overwrite

    Hello.

    When we try to import some tags to specific products that map specific SKUs the previous product tags get overwritten and only the new one from the file are applied.

    Is there an option to just add the tags and not replace them with the previous one?

    Hi @moultrex,

    If you are required to add new tags to a product that is already having a tag then you may please include both the existing tag and new tag in the CSV file separated by the pipe symbol(|).
    Eg: If a product already has a tag “Shirt” and you are required to include new tag “Clothes” then you may please provide the data as “Shirt|Clothes” under the tax:product_tag column so that already existing tags will not be replaced.

    Yes but it is not convinient. You have to export the products with the tags, filter the products that must have the new tag edit and upload.

    Now we have a list with SKUs to match the product and the new tag that the product must have. A simple csv file.
