    Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

    When the “Import” section is empty, this usually indicates a JavaScript problem, maybe from a missing file.

    As a first step, I therefore suggest to deactivate and delete TablePress, and to then re-install it again from the WordPress Plugin Directory. (No worries, your existing tables and settings will be kept, of course.)

    If the problem persists after that, please open the browser’s error log console in the Developer Tools (via the browser menu). This should then show us a helpful error message.

    thanks for that! Those errors look very strange. I can’t really see what’s causing them though…

    Just to be sure, are you using any browser extensions that might be interfering? Is this also happening with other web browsers?

    You are the only one reporting this problem at the moment, so I can only assume that it is an isolated issue to your site.
