    Trying to upload 60 products using Product Import Export Plugin For WooCommerce but the upload never gets past the revolving progress bar.

    Any advice?

    Hello, I’m having the same issue. It worked fine the first few times but now can’t even upload previous files nor sample CSVs that you provide in your documentation.

    Appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi @maracujah,

    Could you please try deactivating all the plugin on your site except Woocommerce and Product import-export plugin and try importing. Also, check if there are any security or firewall enabled on your server. If yes, then please try disabling them also.

    If the issue still persists then please share us the screenshot of your browser console from the import screen.

    Thanks, I have identified the problem is coming from Wordfence security plugin which was blocking the import. i’ve whitelisted my IP and now it is OK.
