Import stuck at save Permalinks twice

    Exported old website. Using latest version of All-in-One plugin. Import goes ok, defaults to final 2 steps. First step is save permalink structure twice. Hit link, save Permalink structure twice. and then . . .nothing. Tried this a dozen times over. Nothing. What am I looking for at this point?
