Import Stuck at 0% Even after Backup Import

    Hey, I was forced to purchase the unlimited import because the file size of the site I’m editing was too large. (550mb)

    I’ve been waiting for over an hour for this backup to import, but it’s stuck at 0%. I’ve also tried doing a backup instead with the /wp-content/plugins/ method mentioned in other threads.

    I’m trying to migrate the WP installation to my local machine FYI.

    It’s pretty critical that I can get this up and running ASAP.

    Any help would me much appreciated. Thanks.
