Import stuck at 0.16 percent no matter what

  • Hi – using for the first time.

    Import is stuck at 0.16%. Tried multiple times. File size/config/memory/everything allowances/limits all increased to the max. The server has plenty of resources. Confirmed that no Modsecurity rules are being triggered. Simply doesn’t work beyond 0.16%.

    What else could it be?
