Import Stuck after 10/20 products

Hi @hallerandrei,

Kindly try to import products with all plugins (except WooCommerce) disabled and check if it’s working. I’d also suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

If you do not see an improvement, check WooCommerce → Status → Logs for any relevant error logs, such as memory exhaustion, and share them with us or your host.

Also, share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi @hallerandrei,

Contact your host and have them check your server’s error log. They will be able to see exactly why your server is rejecting your import file.

If the CSV file you’re importing follows the general CSV formatting guidelines there isn’t much we can do here to help until your host has checked the error log and we know exactly what the issue is.
