    Hello,

I have an issue while importing. When i import a file, and i click on “stop import” button, for a milisecond it changes the popup and then continue updating to 100%. Once at 100%, the popup doesnt close but the “stop import” button is working again so i can close it.

In the backup function, when i start a new backup and click on “stop export” it closes everything off and it’s okay.

I know that there is a verification screen before the import really start, so even if it’s doesnt act as intended still the import is stopped. But my client think it’s very confusing and feel like other people might panic seeing this behavior.

If it’s a bug is there a way to take care of it?

    Thanks a lot

The behavior you’re describing when hitting “stop import” is due to the time it takes for the plugin to process the stop request and clean up any temporary files that were created during the import process. This is why you see a brief delay and the import counter may still continue to 100%.

It’s not necessarily a bug, but rather a part of how the plugin handles the stop process. However, we understand how this could be confusing for users who might think the import is still ongoing. We appreciate the feedback and will consider how the user interface could be improved to minimize confusion.

It’s strange that it’s not the same behavior in backup function and import function. But thank you for you answer, i will notify my customer that nothing can be done for now.

    Thanks
