Import SKUs from csv

    We have about 200 variable products and now we have decided to add SKUs to all of them. The built-in import tools will not import the SKU numbers but rather checks to see if the SKU in our CSV matches the product SKU in WC.

    None of our products in WC have skus and would like to import them from a CSV based on the product id. Is this possible?

    Hey @tschoch,

    You can use the built-in importer to update the existing products with SKUs using a CSV.

    While importing the products, you need to make sure you have checked the “Update existing products” option here: https://d.pr/i/2bJ6XY

    This will look for existing products with matching product Ids and update all of them.

    I did a test to update existing products with SKUs and everything worked correctly on my end. Below are the screenshots:
