• Hello,

asking another question again… Can I import a list of signatures that I previously downloaded? For example, in case I have to reinstall my site and petition, after a fresh reinstall, can I import the previous signatures?

    Thank you,

Great question. I inherited this as an abandoned plugin and have never had this come up before.

You can import them through an interface like PHPmyAdmin but this is for people comfortable working with databases. But that is obviously not ideal.

This is a really important feature and I will look at implementing it, but it won’t be for a few weeks at the earliest.

A thought for you to solve your issue. If you use something like PHPmyAdmin and export the 2 speakout tables (petitions and signatures) as SQL files, you will then be able to import the data easily.

The only thing you would need to watch for is that the petition number is the same in the old and new versions.

thank you. I may have to try to re-install (I have a problem with my petition site I can’t solve) with a wordpress fresh install. I will post here if I do this operation, to let you know if successful.
