    Hello,

As of version 1.0.3, I added an option that to import the settings directly to IP Location Block if IP Geo Block settings are found.

The option is in the “Plugin settings” section in the settings screen. (last one and only shows if you used IP Geo Block previously) and the IP Geo Block settings aren’t removed. I recommend not remove IP Geo Block until you migrate the settings.

Importing and exporting from IP Geo Block to IP Location Block will not work for now. I will add support for old “IP Geo Block” .config files as of the next version.

    Best Regards,
    Darko

    Darko,

I tried the Migrate from IP Geo Block button but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
Also, any time I try to save settings I get an error.

Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.

If I deactivate IP Location Block and enable IP GEO Block it behaves normally and I was able to export its settings.

I tried deactivating both and then re-activating IP Location block but it didn’t change the Save Settings problem.

    Thanks,
    Mark

The message probably shows because IP Geo Block is enabled. Can you confirm that? If so, follow the steps:

    1. Go to IP Geo Block, disable “Remove all settings and records at uninstallation” option.
    2. Deactivate IP Geo Block.
    3. Use “Migrate from IP Geo Block” option in “Plugin settings” section to copy the settings from IP Geo Block.

If still no success please contact me and send me access to the site so i can check.

Thank you for you assistance. Everything seems to be up and running again now.

Not being a web programmer (I’m a machinist) the things that you had mentioned were of course all Greek to me. ??

    Thanks again,
    Mark
