• On importing RSS feed prior old site as weve moved servers, this error message comes up. Write permissions are aok, after I recreated the upload directory. It would not chmod at all prior to that ((????).

Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/zonzab.co.uk/httpdocs/thenews/wp-content/uploads/2006/01. Is /var/www/vhosts/zonzab.co.uk/httpdocs/thenews/wp-content/uploads/2006 writable?

Also, how you import into mysql a backed up database, easy to export but not import or am I just being dense?

    Any ideas folks?

Further to above. Kept failing a sated. It created the 2006 directory under uploads, and failed as it did not appear to have write permissions. Did as before and renamed it, and created a new 2006 directory with write permissions.

Now it just says The uploaded file could not be moved to.

    What?? Help.
