Import RSS as posts with date

  • Hey everyone,
    I’m currently trying to migrate a website to WordPress. There are 2.000 news items that need to be converted into posts, and quite frankly I didn’t plan to copy-paste in this case ??

    Is there any way I can import the RSS feed of that page and have WordPress create posts from that? I’ve used one Plugin, but sadly it didn’t pull the date/time from the RSS feed’s entries, so the posts weren’t sorted by date anymore when I had them on the wordpress site. Any tips?
