    Hi,

We’re thinking about switching from PrestaShop 1.6.12 to WooCommerce 3.

Almost all of products have about 2 attributes, but we wanted to try how the import goes with the base version of the plugin before purchasing the premium version.

However, our 78 products (excluding variations – each product has about 2 variations) have now become 3219 products. Images appear to have been imported double, too.

Is this a problem because the base version doesn’t handle attributes, or is it something else?

    Thank you

You may get duplicates if you click several times on the import button while the import process is still running.

The import of the attributes is a feature of the Premium version.

I did not click the import button several times – by virtue of the number of products imported, I’d have had to click it 41 times. I most definitely did not do that.

Is there some sort of a guarantee that the plugin(s) (also the multilingual one) will work properly if I buy it? I’d not like to spend so much money only that they don’t work because of some peculiarity of my PrestaShop setup.

Could you send me your PrestaShop database through https://www.wetransfer.com? I’ll import it in local and will try to see what’s wrong.

I’ve cleared the import and performed the import again and once again after that. Most products, but not all, are imported twice. Each time I got a different final number of products in WooCommerce.

It is not normal. Please provide your database, and I’ll try to reproduce your problem.
