    Hello There!
I’m using your plugin on a client website and it working like a charm! Absolutely good piece of software, my congrats! My only problem is: this site is a wordpress version from an older asp site. I imported successfully all the contents, around 4000 posts of different types. Now….can I insert my post relations with some kind of import, batch procedure? I have xml files with post id, original post id (from old asp site) and related id (again from old asp site). this means that the relation I have is between original id. Can this be done in some way, maybe via MySql? I’m willing also to pay a reasonable fee for support if necessary, as this would save me hours of tedious manual work.

    Thank you guys!!

    Hi there,

I could look into adding an import from XML feature.

Is it possible for you to get the relations in the new IDs instead of the original ones?
    What’s the deadline for this?

    Kind regards,
    Brecht

    Hello Brecht,

thanks for your prompt answer. The deadline is tight, and unfortunately I could not have the relations with updated id. Maybe there could be a way to scan the files and replace the ids in the relationships field….I don’t know. Do you have any idea? Any help is really highly appreciated!

Could you send an example XML file to [email protected]?
    I’ll take a look.

For anyone else reading: I just released version 1.1 which includes this import from XML feature. An example XML file can be found on the Settings > Custom Related Posts > Import Relations page.
