Import Redirects from Yoast

Is there a way to import the redirects from Yoast Pro if I export a csv file from that program. We have about 600 and if we just turn it off it will not redirect. We want to stop using that program and are transitioning over to you but would love it if there was a way we could automate this process. Thank you
