    Hello @andy,

Sorry for the late reply. Please let me know, if this issue is still actual for you?

    Thanks

    Hey @antongorodezkiy,

I think I’m getting the same problem. I’m getting: “You have not yet converted the PDF. Note: it normally takes just 60 to 90 seconds for the conversion of small PDF file after submission. Thank you for your patience!” and “Import in progress 0%”, and I’ve been waiting days with nothing changing.

I have all the plugin requirements:

    PHP is 5.3 or higher
ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick PHP Extension is loaded
    Imagick or Gmagick PHP Wrapper is supported. v.GraphicsMagick 1.3.20 2014-08-16 Q8 https://www.GraphicsMagick.org/
Imagick or Gmagick PDF Support is enabled
    GhostScript is supported. v.8.70
    Upload folder: …. is writable
    Logs folder: …. is writable

Any thoughts on what could be the problem? ??

    Thanks in advance

    Hello @kjbagnall,

In most cases import process shouldn’t take days, the biggest files which we’ve tried to upload were imported in hour.

Please describe your import process. There were some cases when users just forgot to tick “Enable import” checkbox.

In other cases there were some issues with import process from the server side, which should be logged to server and/or plugin’s logs. If so, right after you start import please check log files on your server (for cPanel for example https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/stats-logging/how-to-view-cpanel-error-logs ) and plugin’s error log ( on the page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pdf-light-viewer )
