    Thank you for contacting us.

We have checked the file you sent and downloaded it, when we check we see that the delimiter/separator has been changed to a comma ( , ) instead of semi colon ( ; ). https://prnt.sc/JWQ6I0Q6JO5K You can try to open it with a normal text editor and you would see the difference between the exported csv vs the downloaded one from Excel.

It should be something like this: ( https://prnt.sc/1ycyS2udEe6g )

Some users encounter issues with file imports because of file formatting issues, this might be caused by the editors used like Excel. I personally used Modern CSV to edit my CSV export, there is a free version of this and there is also still another software editor there for CSV that can help you properly output CSV formatting.?

    Thank you

Hi, thank you for your respond. Will try to edit it in a notepad or modern csv. But as you can see it is downloaded from Google sheets, not Microsoft excel. Anyway thx

When adding multiple keywords for one URL, which separator should I use in that C column?

Even your suggestion modern csv is not working, it removed “” quote signs before and after delimiters

I’m having issues with this too. Format of each row is exactly as specified and it still fails to pick up any data when re-uploaded.

I’ve just found a solution for this:

    1. Export the CSV
    2. Edit the data in Excel (where you can make use of formulas to edit in bulk)
    3. Also open the CSV in a text editor
    4. Copy and paste the finshed column from Excel to the text editor
    5. Save the CSV from the text editor
    6. Import to Internal Link Juicer

When separating keywords you should use the comma as the separator. ( , ).

We have tried to fix the file you sent, can you try this? https://we.tl/t-QxmRJlg9hH

Also this are the steps we did to fix the file we downloaded from your google sheet. https://we.tl/t-4ZqNhTjBgm

After saving we are able to import the file.

Let us know if this helps.

    Thank you

I am sorry for the delayed response.

I have attached the export file here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1kUqey–X7DyzHgc528DVKnPBgjQhuylV?usp=sharing

And added a video on how we solved the issue.

    Thank you
