Hi, I’m using your custom products tabs plugin and wp all import extension.

I added new tabs, first import works good but next look like this. I’m unable to update my site with tabs.

This is my wp all import log:
    https://pastebin.com/nRgTsFW0

    How to debug this error?

    Hi @fajfi,

I haven’t seen this before. Can you show me the content of your custom tabs?

    Thank you,
    Kevin.

    1. Price history from Content Egg.
    [content-egg-block template=price_history]

    2. Email Price Alert from Content Egg.
    [content-egg-block template=custom/all_pricealert_full]

    3. Comments from wpdevart facebook comments and disqus conditional load.
    [wpdevart_facebook_comment order_type=”social” title_text_color=”#000000″ title_text_font_size=”22″ title_text_font_famely=”monospace” title_text_position=”left” width=”100%” bg_color=”#d4d4d4″ animation_effect=”random” count_of_comments=”2″ ]

Are these global tabs that your applying with the “Yes – Use Saved Tab Title & Content” option or are these tabs that you’re editing for each product with the “Yes – Edit Tab Title & Content” option?

This is tabs for each product by updating yikes_woo_products_tabs on wp all import.

    Hi @fajfi,

Okay, I’ve duplicated the problem. I’m looking for a solution now.

    Cheers,

    Hi @fajfi,

I’m not sure why but some characters aren’t allowed in the import. This includes %, ?, and #. I’m going to open a ticket with the WP All Import folks and see if they can help me understand and fix this.

    Thank you,
    Kevin.

So this is probably problem with wpdevart_facebook_comment shortcode?

    Thanks for help.

This is definitely a problem with that shortcode. Once I removed the HTML from that shortcode (i.e. title_text_color=”#000000″, width=”100%” and bg_color=”#d4d4d4″) the import ran fine.
