    Hi, I was trying to see if there’s an easy way to import reviews from another plugin.

    Your plugin is really well done but I wanted to avoid losing all my reviews of the past years …

    Is there any way to do it?

    Site Reviews does not yet provide an option to import reviews from other plugins and platforms.

    However this can be done:

    1. Install the UpdraftPlus plugin and make a complete backup of your database and website.
    2. Export your existing reviews to a CSV file.
    3. Modify the CSV file to match the example CSV file. You may remove the ID column to have the plugin generate the review ID’s automatically. The assigned_to value is the post_id of the page that the review is assigned to. The value can be empty if it does not apply. After you import the reviews, please verify that the dates are correct and the month/day have not been switched around.
    4. Install the Really Simple CSV Importer plugin.
    5. Import the edited CSV file and verify everything is correct. If it is not, use Updraft to revert your database and edit/try again.

    If you are using the unreleased v3.0 beta of Site Reviews, make sure to recalculate the counts from the Site Reviews Tools page after importing the CSV file.
