Recently I updated WordPress & Woocommerce to the latest stable versions. Today I went to import some changes to existing products using the internal import method, as I’ve done millions of times before. But this time, after selecting the file, checking the Existing products box and clicking continue, the page just refreshes back to where I started as if I never selected the file. It doesn’t matter if I select the file from my computer or from a place on the server, it does the same thing. When I try to upload a plugin I get an Error -200 whatever that means. I’ve disabled plugins, rollbacked updates to various plugins etc. My memory limit is 512 on both wordpress and php so that shouldn’t be an issue. I’m running php 7.4 and I can’t update to 8.0 because some of my plugins aren’t quite compatible yet. I’ve been all over the internet and I can’t find anything that would resolve it. Anyone have any ideas??

    Hi @chumidor

It seems that this has been marked as resolved. Have you managed to get this sorted, or do you still need help resolving this?

However, if you’re still unable to import changes to existing products and you’re also unable to upload anything to your site. This could be due to a number of reasons, but let’s start with the following steps:

    • Please ensure that your server has the correct file permissions set, as this could be preventing uploads.
    • Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront to check if the issue persists. This will help rule out any theme-related issues.
    • Although you mentioned you’ve tried disabling plugins, I would recommend disabling all of them temporarily again to see if the issue persists.
    • You mentioned receiving an Error -200. This could be a server-related issue. Please check your server’s error logs for more detailed information.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, it may be a server configuration problem. Please contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

    Looking forward to your response!
