Import Photo as Header Image/Add border to Posts?

Hello,

1. I was wondering how to possibly edit the “header” rectangle on my current site, (www.blogstodiefor.com). I was interested in possibly creating my own header and then somehow uploading it to my current theme editor.

Does anyone know how to edit the header to import an image whether .jpeg, .gif, etc. ????

2. I was trying my hand with the new web-hosted WordPress and I have been having trouble trying to add a “border” or thin “outline” to east of my post, to make each post distinct and organized.

Is there a way of adding a border so it divides each post??
