Import pages / categories on Custom Menu structure

  • hi folks..i’ve really an enormous problem…

    i have a lot of pages and categories (lot of child pages and lot of sub cat) created with a Theme, the Branford Pro, that NO USES the “custom menu” of default.

    So, i buyed Frailespatique…a wordpress premium theme that use CUSTOM MENU of default.

    so, when i import the old wp_posts wp_terms etc… from the old database
    obvisuly, Frailespatique LOSES the parent->child relationship for PAGES and CATEGORIES

    this is an incredible problem for me, because i can’t re-create all pages and categories with CUSTOM MENU way……because i’ve something of 4000-5000 pages and categories !!!!!

    i’ll finish for 2024……………. !!!
    any solution ??

    p.s. Pages and Categories is correctly imported on new WordPress…but that theme, that use CUSTOM MENU of default to show PAGES&CATS, can’t show the right parent->child….but ALL PAGES AND ALL CATS ARE PARENTS !!!!

    PLEASE HELP !!!

    I have a different problem with Frailespatique.
    Dont know how to add additional widgets (f.e. weather, polls etc) to existing sidebar.

    i download widget, install it, run it but dont see it in Appearance > Widgets panel. Do you have any idea how to do it?

    would be great if you could help

    for the record, here is the solution I found to this issue. A fantastic pluggin called “Add Descendants As Submenu Items”
