Import pages

I have previously created some html documents converted from word, which have an HTML file, a CSS file and a javascript file. I would now like to add these pages as they are to my wordpress site. I could keep them outside of the wordpress site and link to them, but I want them to be password protected, so I would like to put them in a members area of the site.

Is there an easier method of accomplishing this than copying the html into a new page, then hacking at the CSS file again untill it works?
