Import own Template – import page settings

    Hi,

    if i edit a page with elementor and add one of “my templates” it opens a dialog box.
    The dialog asked, if i want to import page settings or not.

    What is the difference, what happened if i click yes? Which settings would import?

  • Hi,

    The import document settings message mentions that the settings you set in the saved template in the previous page/site including styling and widget settings, will be imported in the Elementor editor.

    If you click no, the content will be imported except for the templates setting and styling.
