Import or automatically add users to a group

    Hi,
    working with RM Pro, we created different forms associated to a unique role; now, I’d like to add this users (+/-300 users) with same role but different RM forms to a unique Profile Grid Group. How could I???

    Thank you for writing to us.

    For new users, you can achieve this using integration of ProfileGrid with RegisrationMagic. With this integration you can assign a RegistrationMagic form to a ProfileGrid Group and once users fill this form, they’ll be assigned to that group automatically.     For existing users on the site, you need to export the RegistrationMagic form specific users into a CSV file and then import that CSV file into ProfileGrid Group to update the existing users.

    Hello Profile Grid and thanks for your answer.

    How can I do if I have several RMforms whose users would be assigned to a single group? Any idea?

    Hello @ebrabellon,

    As of now, Multiple registration forms cannot register users to one ProfileGrid group. Each ProfileGrid group is associated with only one registration form.
