Import only grabs 4products

Also are you on the latest version? Corey updated the plugin recently in light of some import issues, and maybe you haven’t received those changes quite yet.

Yes, I have the current version of the plug in(v1.2.0), but the issue persists.

I did see the other thread, but as they seemed to resolve that issue I opened a new topic.

I also do not have hundreds of products in the shop at the time, only 10 are active. Of those 10, 4 are being pulled in, and I cannot figure out any similarities between the missing products, nor the imported ones.

Its like the import grabs the three oldest products, and then skips everything until it gets to the last product for a total of 4 imports.

The only thing Corey and I can think of at the moment is if you could make sure the other products don’t exist as drafts or deleted posts, because they won’t be imported with those still existing. Similar or same names MAY cause some issue, if they’re not just getting -1, -2 etc appended to the slugs.

Are you willing to share your store URL? We can do some testing with it when we have a moment if you could.

It was same product names that was causing the issue! Everything that was not being imported was a “copied” product, and I hadn’t customized the name.
I.E. in Etsy, I made one product, then copied it to make another product, edited the content and images, but not the name.

I went in to the etsy store, updated all product names to be unique and problem solved!
