    Hi there,

I recently had some database issues with WordPress and, to solve this, I created a new database and a new blog. I saved all of my old files on my desktop and deleted them off my server. (I realize this may have been a mistake). I am now trying to figure out how to import my old posts manually, since I didn’t export that information into a single file from the old WordPress admin panel.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I should add, I still have the old database online (where I believe the old post/comment info is located?).

    Anyone?

There is nothing in files. Ever. Except your custom theme – if any.
All your content (posts, Pages, comments, settings) are stored in the database. Which means, you need a backup of that:
    Backing_Up_Your_Database
(at the bottom you will find a link for how to Restore it in a new location)

Is there a way for me to export the specific SQL table with the posts/comments and then import it onto the new database (and then delete the old database)?
