Import Old Feed

Is it possible to import my XML feed from Podcast Generator (it is iTunes compliant) and have podPress use the existing media folder?
The feed is at https://ajbiz11.mooo.com/bvlh/feed.xml
I would like to switch over to WordPress and this plugin, but don’t want to change everything over manually
Also, is there a batch upload option?
