import offline blogger files

I’ve been searching for an answer for this one, but I’m not quite sure how to attack it. I was overzealous in moving from Blogger to WordPress, and deleted my blogger blog. However, I did import my blogger posts to an earlier WordPress install, and have my entire Blogger site backed up locally on my hard drive. I’ve tried to create another blog on Blogger and upload the backups I do have, but since the “blogID” is different (and probably some other cause) Blogger doesn’t recognize my old content.

Similarly, I had to re-install WordPress on my server, so I only have local copies of all of the posts that I imported from Blogger. I can’t seem to figure out how (or where) to import either the offline WordPress posts, or Blogger posts. Is there a way to do this?
