Import of exported json-file fails

    I have a multisite installation with multilingualexpress (4 different languages). Usually I build a slider in German, export it and afterwards import it to the english, french and polish site.

    After I updated Master Slider two weeks ago from version 3.5.3 to 3.5.8, importing the exported sliders failed. Now that I reinstalled version 3.5.3, everything works fine again.

    The message I got when trying to import a slider with versin 3.5.8 was, that the slider was imported succesfully, and at the same time a fatal error while the plugin tried to import the slides. Changing the php-version from 7.3. to 7.2 had not affected the problem.

    Is there any idea what could be triggering that mistake? Or a fix maybe for the newer version?
