Import of CSV file does not work with ACF Pro fields

    Hi,

    I’m using the latest version of ACF Pro (5.6.3) and this plugin. I’ve tried twice now, but when I map the values in my CSV file to ACF Pro fields, none of them are filled in when I run the import. The title and custom taxonomy were filled in perfectly, but none of the ACF Pro fields I matched were. They are simple text fields so I’m not sure what I could be doing wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated, we’re probably going to buy the full version as we need export support on the site we’re working on.

    Hi,

    Wp Ultimate CSV Importer free version doesn’t supports the ACF fields import. Our Pro version has the complete support for import and exporting the data created using the ACF Pro plugin.

    OK cool. It should probably give you a notification saying that when you try and import using the free version, I’m happy to buy the pro one.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I will report it to the WordPress team to give a pop-up to upgrade to Pro version when customers trying to using the free version for ACF import.

    I second this. The fact that you need to spend 2 hours researching the cause of acf fields simply being left blank, is absolutely absurd.

    Wouldn’t have had a problem buying the pro license, but because of this, I’ll be taking my business to any one of your competitors.

    Really sorry for your inconvenience.

    We have already planned to show intimation in our next version 5.3.4 release to upgrade to pro when customers try to import the ACF data using the free version.
