• Hello.

    I am trying to use the import, but if one of the fields on the import template csv file has a special charater (like é,ó,á,?,?,ê, etc) it does not get imported.

    For example, if I have a special character on the ‘name’ field, it gest replaced by the the value on the ‘address’ field.
    If I have a special character in the ‘categorie’ field and it is a new categorie, the categorie gets created but with no name.

    Is it possible for the import to work with special characters in the csv file or does it only work without these charaters?

    You need to make sure that you save the import file in the UTF-8 format, especially if you save off the template from the admin pages.
