• Hello !

I imported members with active subscriptions on Paid Memberships Pro, the users got added but they don’t have any subscription. They do not appear in the table made for the subscribed members (pmpro_memberships_users) in the database.

The CSV used had the correct column names. I even double checked in the file /import-users-from-csv-with-meta/addons/pmpro.php if they were corresponding.

The import used to work perfectly before I updated the website and the plugins to their latest version.

I tried to import the same csv on a fresh staging website with no plugin except Paid Memberships pro, and on the free dummy site you gave in the description of the Import and export users and customers. The results were the same, users were created but no subscription even if they are supposed to have one.

I would appreciate if you could help me with this issue.
    Thank you in advance !

I’ll tell you. A while back the PMPro team wrote me to update the importer addon because they were going to update their plugin in a major upgrade.

Probably the problem comes from there, what version of PMPro are you using? The new addon is supposed to be compatible with version 3.x.

In any case, I am not a PMPro user and of course, I make these changes without knowing much. How can I test it to see where the problem is and if necessary talk to them?

    Hello !
I’m using the latest version of PMPro which is 3.0.2 so it shouldn’t be a problem at all.

Agreed. I have never used PMPro but I will install it and check the integration to see if it is more my fault or the code they sent me.

    I’ll keep you posted.

    Thanks.
