Import Not working

  • I have installed the plugin and created the custom questions.

    i have then exported the csv file and amended it as instructed to allow people o answer the questions. when i come to import the file it ays “0 total records were imported” i have changed nothing other than adding a couple of names and the custom questions.

    please help asap!
