    I am sorry to hear that you are getting an error.

    Could you use the report an error link on the import page after the import/export fails?
    This way I will receive the exact error that is happening on your server and will be able to provide you with assistance.

    Thanks Boris. I manually exported/imported this time but ill report that the next time it happens! Thanks. It might be the server setup.
