Import not starting

    Hi,

    I’ve installed your plugin on the live version of my site, exported the orders and am now trying to import the orders into the staging version. However, when I try to import on the staging site, I just get the loading bar which does not progress or move. I’m only trying to import four orders that I exported directly using your plugin (no modification) but unfortunately it just won’t import. I have tried with and without the merge checkbox selected but it makes no difference. Please could you help?

    Hi @harrygardiner,

    Could you please share with us your web server error log and Woocommerce fatal error log (Woocommerce>Status>Logs>fatal-error) so that we can check it. Also please try disabling all other plugins, clearing the cache and cookies and try importing again.
