Import not importing correctly

  • Hi,

    I have tried to import the demo site (fashion) from the WP admin via Appearance > Zigcy Setup > Import Demo. However, it just gets stuck on this step:

    When I look at the front end, there are lots of duplicate pages in the menu.

    Also, when I try to set the homepage slider, it only take up half the page.

    There are no images anywhere on the site after importing.

    Can anyone help with this?

    Thank you for writing in,

    All the themes will import demo within a short period of time, you don’t have to wait long for it. If somehow you are unable to import the demo then this may be due to the PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. In that case, you should contact your web hosting service and ask them to increase those PHP configuration limits as follows:

    max_execution_time 900
    memory_limit 256M
    post_max_size 100M
    upload_max_filesize 150M
    max_input_vars 9000

    Once you have all the recommended PHP settings you should be able to import demo.
