Import not completeing and shortcode not working

    Hi,

    From reading other articles I am aware there may be an issue with importing campaigns – and for me this doesn’t seem to be working.

    However, I was hoping that I could use the embed shortcode to pull in individual campaigns – but this isn’t working either?

    I have the API set correctly, and it is working for other things.

    The site is currently in development, but I would be happy to give you access privately if you would like to see what’s going on?

    I’m afraid I am not a developer, so sadly wouldn’t know where to start with trying to fix this myself.

  • Same here. It won’t import and I can’t embed using the campaign ID.

    Any update?

    Nope, unfortunately I still haven’t had the time to debug these issues.

    To answer @markwest2016 :
    it is not possible to dynamically pull a campaign by simply adding the embed shortcode in a post. It however sounds like a really good idea for a future release ?? I take note of it!

    Edit: Hopefully this helps… It gives a 500 error when trying to load scripts and call the “mailchimpcampaigns_import” action” from admin-ajax.php.

    @seorichard @markwest2016 sorry for the delay in answering this thread.

    A new version 3.1.2 with very small bugfixes have been released.

    It might fix issues you were both having althought I suspect failures during import to be related with hosting environment rather than Mailchimp Campaigns plugin itself.

    I’ll mark this topic as resolved but please feel free to open a new one after your tests.
