Import MySQL file

    Hi,

    Is there a way (or plan to implement this feature) to import from a .sql file? This would be VERY handy for restoring from backups, etc.

    Hi @seedsca

    Technically you already can upload a .sql file to WP All Import and import the data – but it’s not a database restore, it would be creating posts (or whatever post type you choose to import) from the data.

    Oh!? A selective import of the data in the .sql file? That’s exactly what I wanted!!! Very nice.
