Import multiple Custom taxonomy with hierarchical [a different one]

    I don’t get it. In your sample.csv and function.php files you name csv_ctax_art and csv_ctax_country but hierarchical taxonomies have only one parent label (like art), they don’t have a sub-lable (like country).
    You are suggesting to adapt the custom taxonomies to the plugin (via functions.php) but it should be the other way around. Can you clarify?
    And how would one import a post that belongs to more than one taxonomy?
